Replenishment Planner Junior : Replenishment Planner Junior - Your future position?

As a Replenishment Planner Junior, you will have to perform Replenishment Planning processes in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with defined standard operating procedures and aid peers on overall Replenishment Planning team activities. Contribute to the achievement of Replenishment Planning performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements.

Main Responsibilities

Builds constructive and effective relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Day to day operations in the Replenishment Planning area.

For Givaudan affiliate's buys: Conversion of material requirements (PRs) into stock transfer orders (STOs) in SAP, check if the data is correct (QC, Incoterms, routes, packaging, price, Kosher, Halal, Dairy) Ensure timely STOs arrival, checking the status with Supply Site/ consolidation warehouse Understand Incoterm impact and key stakeholders for follow-up. Perform and coordinate STO non-conformance and returns, working with Warehouse, Affiliates, Quality, Shoop flor and Planning Find alternative sources by analyzing stocks and demand in affiliates when there is an issue with the current supplier. Follow-up on production orders status to guarantee that the materials arrive on the expected date and inform if not. Communication and management of inbound check-points with 3 PL.

Your professional profile includes

  • Diploma: student or recent graduate. Preferably in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • Languages: Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting (with focus on read and write) // Portuguese is desired
  • Professional experience: 6 months - 1 year of experience in Planning an advantage // Experience in a Shared Services Environment is an advantage

Required skills:

  • Experience with SAP is desired
  • Experience with MS Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
