Job Description: Confidentialgment SQA Leader (22000DMG) Job Description : Manage the supplier panel from a quality perspective for his/her Segment Define in collaboration with the purchasing network the suppliers panel for his/her segment Evaluate (Eval) and validate (AQP. Stage 0: Generic VRF) new suppliers in compliance with Confidentialplier Quality Manual) Manage Segment Top Worst Suppliers in compliance with the Confidentialp Worst Supplier management procedure Ensure A: NBOH and NBOH are placed in accordance with the Confidential NBOH and NBOH procedure Support Confidentialpplier Development Manager in the organization and preparation of the Confidentialp Worst Supplier meetings Train suppliers to SRM and PDCA FTA Member of Confidentialurcing committee Capture and Cross fertilize knowledge on incidents and problem solving for his/her segment Collect knowledge gained thru the incident problem solving activity (LLC) and chair the Confidentialgment SQA VTES committee involving PG SQA commodity Leaders Define, manage and update the Check List (CCL) capturing the key LLCs forhis or her segment Cross Fertilize the Segment Technical knowledge thru the corresponding commodity / segment SQA network Train and Certify PG Commodity SQA Leaders and Engineers within the SQA Academy Drive SQA performance: Implement audits and dashboards to track quality improvements that must be Requested from the supplier panel of his/her Segment Support Sites: PG and Regions in the case of a crisis or of a major roadblock with Suppliers Perform C1 and Wr Process Audit when on Supplier sites. Validate supplier yearly QIP and track required Supplier improvement Responsible for the key indicators: Yearly reduction of Supplier Incidents affecting the Confidentialr his or her segment C3M: Incidents (C1 / C2 / Wr) for his or her segment New supplier IN to achieve EVAL before Stage 3 5 to 10 years in Automotive OEM or at Supplier Operational Quality Experience or Purchasing Experience Project Management Experience in Automotive
