Descripción del empleo: CT InsureTech is looking for Business Analysts and Consultants with deep experience in insurance transformation to join our growing team in Mexico City. The key focus of this position will be to interview business customers, understand business processes, and translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.

This position will involve working on Policy Administration System (PAS) implementation projects across the LATAM region, underpinned by Fadata’s market-leading INSIS platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, assistance and mentoring to delivery team in all aspects of INSIS or PAS implementation
  • Provides expertise in how business capabilities interact with technical capabilities to address client business problems and achieve client goals.
  • Evaluates existing policy processes, and recommends and implements improvements.
  • Uses professional concepts in developing resolution to critical issues and broad design matters.
  • Maintains awareness of trends, best practices and standards for the industry and related technology fields.
  • Serves as a mentor to team members in the development of business analysis deliverables. Provides guidance and direction in support of business solution architecture enabling cross-functional teams to work in parallel.
  • Leads the end-to-end requirements lifecycle from gathering and validating client requirements, through-to managing and tracking specifications using industry tools and common BA best practices

Required Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Maths, Science, information systems or related field preferred
  • Experience with INSIS or PAS systems integration (Policy, Billing, Claims, Reinsurance, third-party systems)
  • Life Insurance Experience Strongly Preferred; but experience in General Insurance and Health advantageous
  • Experience with Multiple Insurance Functions Preferred
  • Experience in business analysis, business re-engineering, business transformation, financial analysis, business architecture or related experience
  • Experience working with company products and operating systems
  • Experience working with client business processes.
