PwC is proud to be an inclusive organization and equal opportunity employer.Requisitos:-3+ años de experiencia como Scrum Master -Certificación Scrum Master: SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe 4 Practitioner (SP), SAFe 4 Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) -Conocimiento en Lean, Kanban, Scrum/XP -Experiencia en relación con el cliente y creación de equipos -Conocimientos de técnicas de ingeniería de software como integración continua, construcción, entrega, desarrollo dirigido por pruebas y otras técnicas automatizadas (Deseable)-Comprensión de los principios, métricas y tecnología Lean-Agile y/o experiencia con Lean Thinking, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen Leader -Conocimientos y experiencia en la utilización de herramientas de gestión ágil (Microsoft Azure DevOps, Rally/Agile Central, JIRA, Jira Align, y/o VersionOne) -Experiencia trabajando con UX las prácticas de diseño en un entorno ágil / scrum Desafíos:-Cumplir el rol de Scrum Master para uno o varios equipos, proporcionando un ambiente de aprendizaje para maximizar la eficiencia del equipo y el valor global del negocio. -Facilitar el progreso del equipo hacia los objetivos del equipo.-Eliminar impedimentos abordando activamente los problemas para el cumplimiento de objetivos.-Fomentar un entorno de colaboración para un equipo de alto rendimiento a través del coaching y liderando con comportamientos de liderazgo de servicio.
