You will partner with world class engineerings and leaders toimplement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, definetechnology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality andproductivity.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEnsures that required prerequisites (e.g., design inputs, tools, documentation, deliverables, schedule, budget) are in place prior to commencing work.Produces part(s) of functional design specifications under supervision.Produces (parts of) detailed design specifications.Executes work assignment to appropriate standards and quality systems (Implementation, Test and Documentation)Coaches and supports assigned engineer(s) to ensure they are able to meet the requirements of their work.Monitors and controls assigned work scope against the project plan.Effectively communicates with customers to fully define and agree project requirements.Proactively recommends potential quality and efficiency improvements within the engineeringgroup.Shares technical knowledge with project team, supervisor, own discipline and other engineering disciplines;Reports progress and technical problems and/or changes to project lead engineer or principal engineer.YOU MUST HAVEEngineer degree in electronic, automatization or industrial;Minimum 5 years of experience working with automatization process, distribution control systems;Intermediate level of English;Previous experience in Oil and Gas or manufacturing companies;Location Neuqun ;Availability to travel over 40.Bachelors Degree in Engineering.WE VALUECreate specific action plansEnhance customer relationships;Experience in Industrial I/O Cabinets Design;Program management skills;Individuals who are self motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events;Ability toconveysubtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience;Experience Networking configuration;Knowledge with AutoCAD, Honeywell products and Virtualization.
