Overview OPPORTUNITY TO EARN IN USD (after probationary period) IMPORTANT NOTE: Please, send your CV in English, otherwise your application will not be considered.Frost & Sullivan’s Customer Experience team is seeking a Digital & Social Media Marketing Executive to play a key role in the creation and distribution of impactful content across multiple channels to enhance the promotion of Frost & Sullivan's products, services, and thought leadership. This position will partner with our Customer Engagement team, Growth Experts, and the wider integrated Customer Experience team to help drive the development and execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, ensuring a fully integrated, consistent, and cohesive brand experience across platforms, industry sectors, and target audiences in the designated geographical regions. This role will play a key part in enabling us to deliver an awareness and engagement strategy focused on the organisation’s virtual “Growth Council Think Tanks” offering, renowned among industry leaders for their thought-provoking sessions that foster collaboration and drive transformation.(The definitive position title and internal corporate level will be established through a sequence of interviews and assessments) Responsibilities Develop and implement creative and innovative social media marketing campaigns to highlight Frost & Sullivan’s Think Tanks’ value proposition and benefits, to retain and increase engagement across platforms and to encourage target audience participation. Play a key role in growing and managing our presence and build followers across, predominantly, LinkedIn and X, formerly Twitter, as well as other social media and video platforms.Plan and create campaigns and posts as part of a social media content calendar that drive interest in our brand, our products and services, and grow our community.Working with our Graphic Design team, help steer the creation of on-brand and visually appealing digital assets and rich media, including social media banners and video content.In liaison with our team of storytellers, ensure that we deliver our Think Tank communications strategy in the most efficient, impactful and relevant manner possible to our audiences.Support the global CX team managing our paid social campaigns and work alongside them to influence content.Track performance and translate analytics into actionable business insights to grow our brand.Ensure all social media marketing activities are aligned to business priorities and the global marketing strategy, sharing best practices and implementing the relevant campaigns/tactics for an integrated approach.Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the social space to drive share of voice.Engage with customers by responding to questions and comments and solicit feedback to improve product and service offerings.Participate in competitive benchmarking exercises, as required, monitoring industry trends and competitors’ digital footsteps. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, and communications, or proven success working in a similar role.Minimum of three to five years’ experience in social media marketing or in a relevant discipline with a professional services company.Strong writing and editing skills.Excellent English language skills, both written and spokenAbility to turn complex ideas into engaging and accessible content.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across varying audiences.Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling.Possess expertise in identifying target audiences and tailoring content.Excellent organisational and project management skills to effectively plan, monitor and prioritise workload.Proven ability to operate with agility, impeccable attention to detail and with an analytical mindset.
