The Offer Strong opportunities to progress your career Leadership Role Flexible working options The Job You will be responsible for : Location Activation: Explore the local market through site visits, identify prospective locations for initiating branding or event operations, and conclude the process by signing agreements to formalise the selected locations. Team Management: Build, train, and oversee the team. Supervise on-site operations for multiple teams across different locations and provide corresponding reports. Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team. Sales and Operations: Utilise sales and operations expertise to drive the success of the project. Implement strategies to meet and exceed the targets. Project Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day on ground operations related to the project. Ensure compliance with project guidelines and standards and do the audit regularly. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. The Profile Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Experience:  2-7 years of work experience. Proven experience in marketing, event management, sales, or operations. Previous experience in a leadership role. Career Growth:  Potential for unlimited growth.
