As LATAM Human Resources Manager, you will play a fundamental role in the company's expansion project in Latin American.

This role requires a dynamic and trilingual professional (English, Spanish, and Portuguese) based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and will collaborate closely with leadership teams to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, programs, and practices in the LATAM region.

Responsibilities :

  1. Experience 6 years or more in leading a HR team.

  2. Proven experience in managing HR systems in other countries in the LATAM region, besides Argentina & Brazil.

  3. Full Language fluency in Portuguese & English.

  4. Ability to manage employee relations.

  5. Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits policies

  6. Experience in Talent Development and Recruitment Strategies

  7. Knowledge of risks, laws, and regulations related to HR in the LATAM Region

  8. Ability to perform with different cultures in the LATAM region.

  9. Practical ability to perform in the first years without a structure in charge and then develop a compact team.

  10. Job Mode: 4 days on site - 1 day remote

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.

  2. Trilingual proficiency in English, and Portuguese.

  3. In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Argentina, Brazil and other LATAM countries.

  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  5. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
