IAM Analyst

Flexiti Financial is looking for an IAM Analyst to join our IT team. This individual will work closely with our Toronto and Rosario offices. Reporting to the IT Manager, the IAM Analyst/ Specialist will play a key role in design, maintenance, and ongoing support of processes related to Identity and Access management. This position will be responsible for developing, Analyzing, deploying, and supporting comprehensive solutions based on unique and complex requirements and problems as they relate to identity and directory services, and must have a proven track record of providing IAM solutions.

What you will be doing :

• Designated resource to lead access review for security and internal compliance.
• Designated resource to institute Privileged Access Management process/technology
• Provide technical and governance oversight on the Identity Management projects. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in the analysis, design, implementation, and support of all Identity Management projects, estimate timelines, and be responsible for their successful delivery while meeting the overall security and integrity of the solution.

What you should have?

• Must have 5+ years of Information Security experience.
• Must have 5+ years of strong work experience in the IAM domain - Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Identity Access & Governance (IAG).
• Must have working experience in cloud IAM (AWS preferred)
• Must have work experience on IAM/PAM products such as Azure AD, Sailpoint IdentityNow, CyberArk, Active Directory, LDAP - this must include experience with installations, configurations, and customizations (workflows/policies/rules) of the products in accordance with IAM/PAM best practices.
