As an Associate, HR Delivery Center at SC Johnson, you will be responsible for executing activities in one or more of the following functional areas: Talent Management, Data Administration, Payroll and Compensation / Benefits Administration supporting the LATAM region. You will perform call handling, inquiry management / resolution, transaction processing, and general customer service.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Document all cases in case management system.
  • Process HR transactions in Workday.
  • Leverage knowledge management solutions to complete inquiries and transactions.
  • Resolve HR process and policy questions and colleague issues through multiple communication channels.
  • Provide input to the SCJ HR Delivery Center knowledgebase and contributes ideas to improve processes or performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Finance or Business Administration.
  • 1+ year of experience in HR, Shared Service Organizations, and/or related fields (desirable).
  • Strong customer service skills including ability to diffuse challenging situations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skills: problem solving skills & strong attention to detail.
  • HR Information Systems experience preferred, Workday a plus.
  • Intermediate/Advance Excel Level
  • Intermediate/Advance English Level
  • Intermediate/Advanced Portuguese Level.
  • Ability to accurately collect information and ask probing questions to understand and assess the colleagues’ needs and situation.
  • Analytical skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and operate efficiently under continuous change.
  • Knowledge of HR functions, processes, and operations, including talent, data administration, payroll or compensation / benefits administration preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality and to coordinate and lead multiple tasks and resources.
