Familiarity and track record of compliance with industry best practices around requests, incidents, change management, etc. (e.g. ITIL, ChangeGear/ITSM). Proficiency with technologies including Cloud Services, Web hosting, TCP/IP Networking, Windows Importante empresa Directory, SQLServer and MSTerminal Server. Hands on experience with cloud hosted environment support. Familiarity with webhosting platforms and environments including content management systems. Flexibility to participate in after hours rotation duty and incidents as needed. Ability to produce clear and transferable documentation. Web hosting framework utilizing Azure or other cloud environments (non AWS). Experience with "DevOps" work processes and tools. Experience with containerization and continuous delivery processes and technologies. An understanding of the relationship between technology, value and revenue.
