This position will be responsible for directing, managing and executing the SCIP Education and Ambassador program.(The definitive position title and internal corporate level will be established through a sequence of interviews and assessments) Responsibilities Redesign and develop SCIP education modules into cohesive format, keeping content fresh, current and confirming that subject matter continues to provide value to stakeholders Develop and create programming for Boot Camp program which includes:Scheduling of programming for calendar year Development and of executing marketing and social media exposure for Boot Camp ProgramInstructor RecruitmentBoot Camp event logistics including venue, food and beverage and a/v sourcing & contracting Budget management for programmingCreating registration platforms in association management systemManaging registrationFront facing interface and communication with attendees pre, during and post eventEvaluation collection and dissemination Post event proforma reconciliation Facilitate the ON-DEMAND education programming with partner, inclusive of customer service, information dissemination and certificates of completion to participantsVirtual Event Management inclusive of:Sourcing, vetting and confirming facilitators to present webinars and virtual round tables for membershipCreation of calendar of virtual programming annuallyRegistration platform creation within association management system/ GTW/ZoomCreation of marketing eblast copy and social media posts for virtual event programModeration of virtual programs with facilitatorIntelligence Centers of Excellence (ICoE) Program Management and its execution – which will include:Manage the organization, coordination and execution of all ICoE programs and events that will drive membership value with all members and member typesDevelopment of valuable ICoE programs along with regional/local volunteer chapter leadsProvide logistical support for ICoE meetings including marketing, email and social media support, setting up registration platform for meetings in association management system, managing financials (registration fees) if applicable within association management systemAssist with sourcing of low cost or free meeting spacesContinue to provide virtual programming support including program moderation, speaker recruitment and virtual program execution Lead ICoE meetings in locations where Boot Camps or Conferences take place Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field5 or more years of marketing experience (digital and traditional) in a corporate, or agency environmentExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access), Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM and CMS softwarePeople-oriented and proficient in engaging with individuals and groupsSeasoned professional in project and moreover, PROGRAM managementGood speaker, personable, approachable, team playerAbility and experience in project managementAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentMulti-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks What will make you succeed at Frost & Sullivan?
