This full-time position will report to the Assistant Controller of Latin America, based in Buenos Aires. Responsibilities Responsible of monthly commissions and bonus calculations for Americas regionPrepare and record journal entries and reconciliations related to payroll and compensations for AmericasPrepare and record journal entries of vacations and commissions accrualsRespond to employees inquiriesAssist accounting teamProvide support to North America accounting and administrative departmentParticipate in other special projects in the area(The definitive position title and internal corporate level will be established through a sequence of interviews and assessments) Qualifications Intermediate Accounting students or Accountant3-5 years of experience in similar positions, preferable at international companies and/or prestigious audit firmsAdvanced English skills (speaking, writing and listening) is mandatory. Portuguese a plus.Excellent accounting systems and MS Office skills, especially in Excel.Customer and service orientation.Excellent communication skills, capable to work with different cultures and working styles.
