Job Description Join our vibrant team as a Sales Specialist and play a pivotal role in propelling our business growth while expanding our market reach. Responsibilities include: Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Crafting tailored proposals to meet the specific needs of clients. Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction. Recording all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system. Delivering exceptional post-sale support to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Full-Time (9 AM to 6 PM Argentinian Time, Monday to Friday in our Offices in Buenos Aires) Requirements Advanced English language skills. While a Bachelor’s degree or being an advanced student in Marketing, Sales, IT, or related fields is preferred, it is not mandatory. Demonstrable experience in sales, with a solid track record of achieving sales targets. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office. Must be legally eligible to work in Argentina and able to work on-site in Buenos Aires.
