TOGS Planning Sr Analyst LOCATION: Neuquen - Neuquen - Argentina DEPARTMENT: OIL & GAS SERVICES Main Responsibilities: Leads and provides support in the preparation of Tenaris annual global budget. Ensures a constant and proactive support to local Planning areas in the process of consolidating, analyzing and preparing financial support information for Top Management decision-making Meets the annual operation and industrial cost budget monitoring monthly costs per area, verifying correct allocation to the monthly closing, analyzing the Cost System on a regular basis. Assures a constant process improvement for time optimization based on best practices and the adoption of the latest IT Tools. Monitors compliance progress reports of Special Projects assigned to thearea. Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, andensure adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area ofresponsibility. Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates and develops his/her staffand manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms andprocedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities,equipment and other physical resources assigned. What do we offer to you?
