IT Support Helpdesk - Brazil

A great opportunity for an iGaming experience IT Support Helpdesk to join an exciting, growing group of passionate Internet professionals based all around the world.

You Will:

  • Provide timely technical support and guidance to internal users via various channels
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues reported by end-users
  • Resolve technical problems and incidents in a professional and efficient manner
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or higher-level support, as required
  • Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of support tickets, including resolutions and troubleshooting steps
  • Assist with user account management, including account creation, password resets, and access permissions
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, both wired and wireless
  • Assist with basic network configuration and troubleshooting, including IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP
  • Collaborate with the IT System Administrator for advanced network-related issues
  • Create and maintain user documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs
  • Follow the designated shift schedule to provide 24/7 IT support coverage
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate issues effectively during shift handovers

Requirements : You are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Helpdesk Technician or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and productivity software
  • Basic understanding of network protocols and concepts
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple support requests simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
