What’s new with Aptar

We have an exciting position open in Queretaro: Regional Market Development Coordinator (RMD), reports to the Marketing Director Latam.

The primary mission of the RMD Coordinator is to drive profitable sales growth through the execution of the Latin America regional marketing plan. Responsibilities include product life cycle management, new product development and commercialization, sales growth of new/existing products and overall marketing plan development and implementation. This role is critical in the launch for new product growth in the region.

Tasks / Duties / Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Product Life Cycle management process for assigned product lines according to strategy.
  • Responsible for the sales and profitability and new product growth in sub-region.
  • Drive new opportunities for growth with the sales organization through customer interactions, presentations and key initiatives.
  • Develop excellent web with co-suppliers and co-packers in order to identify opportunities and trends
  • Define and progress the stock product portfolio and line extension developments and implementation.
  • Inspire, motivate and progress cross functional team members to activate plans and achieve business objectives.
  • Support the RMD Manager Latin America with regional in market support as needed.
  • Work with regional sales organizations to develop account strategies with specific objectives and action items.
  • Gather and analyze local market intelligence through consumer studies, customer interactions, retail visits and other sources.
  • Lead commercial marketing activities for new product introductions in developing pricing, launch plans.
  • Participate in competitive intelligence gathering as well as Aptar Market database input and analysis for both Market results and competition.

Required Qualifications

Experience in product line management, new product development and marketing

3-5 years minimum

Sales experience is a must

Skills / Abilities

Fluent english

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to communicate with executives, peers, and team members.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities

Ability to travel frequently (25%) within region to support objectives.

Education

College or University Degree with preferred concentration in Marketing.
